On-Load Tap Changers
As the only moving component inside transformer tank, on-load tap changer needs to be highly reliable both electrically & mechanically. By different means, tap changers can be divided into different categories.
By operation mode, it can be on-load or de-energized (off-circuit) tap changer; by arcing extinguishing medium, it can be non-vacuum (arcing in oil) or vacuum (arcing in vacuum interrupter) tap changer; by structure, it can be selector switch or diverter switch tap changer; by mounting method, it can be in-tank or on-tank (bolt-on) tap changer; by transition impedance, it can be resistive or reactive tap changer; and by insulation medium, it can be liquid immersed, air insulated or gas insulated tap changer.

DETC
De-Energized Tap Changers
De-Energized Tap changer is a device for changing the tap connections of a winding, suitable for operation only while the transformer is de-energized (isolated from the system). It may be operated by direct top handwheel, spring drive mechanism or motor drive unit.
Our focus on DETC is mainly for the applications of Ultra-High Voltage Transformers, Power Transformers, Traction Transformers, and other special transformers. We mainly offer DETC structures of cage type, drum type and linear type.
Cage Type
WSL, WDL
Type WSL De-Energized Tap Changer (herein referred as tap changer) is of in-tank structure and without separate oil compartment. It is mounted to transformer tank by a tap changer head ange.
Drum Type
WDG
Type WDG is a drum type de-energized tap changer. It is often designed by the combination of one single-phase and one two-phase tap changers.
Linear Type
ZWC
ZWC is a de-energized tap changer of linear regulation. Usually three single-phase ZWC are mechanically inter-connected and driven by one operating mechanism mounted on the side of the transformer wall.

Motor Drive Unit
SHM-D
SHM-D is a digital type motor drive unit driven by a stepper motor. The contact-free design makes it extremely neat for mechanical actuation, which consequently extends the operation life. The modular design is highly configurable and it is an ideal solution for different communication protocol output.

SHM-K
SHM-K is equipped with high-resolution touch screen. CPU is made from ARM9 chip, clocked 400M, FLASH 256M, RAM 64M, with a very fast speed and huge memory space. Through the optical fiber, it is communicates with the SHMLC on both ways.
Monitoring
HMJK-II
HMJK-II is an online monitoring device. In combination with various sensors and upper system software, it provides various functions of monitoring including motor torque, temperature, contact wear, etc. The extended version covers monitoring function of vibroacoustic, partial discharge, oil quality and bushing capacitance of transformers.
Online Oil Filter
ZXJY
ZXJY is an intelligent on-line oil filter unit, both for oil & particle removal from tap changer oil compartment. The internal processor allows users to flexibly set both time & operation based automatic working modes. The stand-alone cabinet makes it fairly convenient for retrofit purpose on existing tap changers.
