Commercial Leader and Key Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Commercial Leader and Key Account Manager will be responsible for defining and executing market entry strategies, developing go-to-market roadmaps, and managing strategic projects to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, market analysis, and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong connections with key customers. The candidate will also be responsible for setting up and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the market to identify opportunities and challenges in the South East Asia region.
- Develop and implement market entry strategies and go-to-market roadmaps.
- Define project-based strategies in collaboration with field sales to secure strategic orders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.

Direct Field Sales Representative
Location: Singapore
Department: Commercial Team
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
The Direct Field Sales Representative will market our range of on-load tap changers for power transformers. This role requires a strong technical background, particularly in High-Voltage Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with electrical knowledge. The candidate will work closely with utility customers and High-Voltage equipment producers to address technical specifications and commercial terms.
Key Duties:
- Market and sell on-load tap changers for power transformers to new and existing South East Asian customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies, power generation firms, and equipment producers.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, addressing their questions regarding product specifications and commercial terms.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in High Voltage Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial experience with high-voltage equipment producers or utility customers.
- Proven track record of sales achievements in the power generation industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of High Voltage equipment and on-load tap changers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Southeast Asia region.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience within a Power Generation company.

Logistic Specialist
Location: Singapore
Job Description:
- Organize import & export logistics, collaborate with forwarders & agencies for booking shipping space, customs declaration and clearance.
- Organize inland logistics
- Organize off-shore trading logistics
- Prepare necessary logistic documents including invoices, packing list, Form E, etc.
- Other administrative matter depending on the work load.
Qualifications:
- International logistics working experience is a must.
- Fluent both in English and Chinese
- High sense of responsibility

Technical Support Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Job Description
- Support sales team and customers for technical communications
- Facilitate to select the right product type and model based on customer requirement
- Coordinate with headquarter for provision of drawings, 3D models and other solutions
- Work with production team to generate working orders and identify special technical requirement.
- Help to technically introduce products and promote sales.
- Provide basic training for customers and end users
- Other technical coordination work between sales, customer, production and headquarter.
Qualifications
- Indonesian nationality is preferred.

- To promote the sales of tap changer products in the market of European Union
- To develop and maintain customer relationship with transformer companies and power utilities
- To be responsible for the homologation process of tap changer supply for the end users.
- Establish and manage sales representation partners in different markets.
- Track and manage sales processes including offers, purchase orders, deliveries, payment, etc.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in a sales position of transformer or transformer components
- experience in dealing both with OEMs and End users
