On February 20, 2023, Huaming Power Equipment Co., Ltd. and China Electrical Equipment Group Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, marking China Electrical Equipment Group's partnership with Huaming Equipment as a crucial strategic collaborator in on-load tap changer technology.
The agreement solidifies the foundation of strategic cooperation of both parties, with a focus on on-load tap changers. Both parties committed to deepening the collaboration based on the shared principles of mutual trust, continuity, and stability. They will jointly reinforce decision-making mechanisms for joint procurement and leverage this foundation to provide products and services to the various subsidiaries under China Electrical Equipment Group.
During the agreement period, subsidiaries of China Electrical Equipment Group (including China XD Group, XJ Group, Pinggao Group, and SDEE Group) will procure a number of on-load tap changers from Huaming Equipment in 2023, not less than the procurement volume in 2022 under normal circumstances.
Following the signing ceremony, leaders from China Electrical Equipment Group Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. toured Huaming Equipment's comprehensive industry chain production base in Fengxian.
In the future, both parties will establish a multidimensional win-win relationship involving technology-driven initiatives, supply chain development, and mutual market expansion, further promoting comprehensive and multi-level cooperation between the Supply Chain Technology Company and Huaming Equipment.
